Snow Summit Thrush 8 is in the perfect spot! Located in a beautiful, desirable area of Big Bear close to Snow Summit Ski Resort, local shops and restaurants, and more. Walk right to the chairlift!
LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1000+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, a gas fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath. Downstairs master bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, deck access to hot tub, and private bath. Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed and smart TV. Upstairs has a sofa bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances, stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.
AMENITIES - Board games and card games. Smart TVs with cable and fast WIFI. Relax near the cozy gas fireplace. Laundry area with side by side washer/dryer.
OUTDOORS - Community pool, Private hot tub and gas barbecue. Enjoy the view from the balcony or back deck. Pools are seasonal and only open during certain times of the year.
PARKING - 2 car driveway
For parking passes go to the main office on the complex Unit #44
Office hours are from 9-5pm
Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 5 people.
Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
Pool key deposit: $50
Pet fee $30 per pet per night (dogs only)
