Charming classic cabin in the desirable Whispering Forest area of Big Bear. Enjoy the mountain air and scenery while relaxing as you escape the city life! Short walk to the Convention Center, Oktoberfest, Snow Play, and National Forest hiking trails. Short drive to ski resorts, lake and Village.
LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1000+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath. First bedroom has a queen bed. Second bedroom two has a queen bed and a twin bed. Living room has a sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Full kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.
AMENITIES - Cable TV, Roku with streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace.
OUTDOORS - Front back and large back deck with patio furniture.
PARKING - 2 car driveway
Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 9 people (8 adults max). Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction
Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund.
