Will definitely book same location (hopefully) on my next visit. Only recommendation I would give is to have a baby gate at the bottom of the steps also, the top one worked great.We noticed when we got home my 4 year old grandson brought home in his little bag the Lego train that was left in the toy bag there (it was missing 3 track pieces though) I will have my brother drop it by the front door 4th of July weekend. I apologize for not noticing it when we left. Thank you!

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 10 people.
Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
