Peaceful and relaxing
Reviewed on 2024-03-06 by RobertVery nice property and sits on a pretty large lot. Room for activities. My family enjoyed staying here and will return in the future. If you're coming in the winter months you might want to bring some firewood, extra blankets and pillows.(Easy's General Store) is very close which has a lot of items in case you forgot something. The game room was also a plus and is heated.

Sugarwood sits on a large lot with plenty of room to enjoy outdoor activities and scenery. The front porch lends itself to morning coffee or evening drinks at this two bedroom, two bath home. Enjoy the game room with family and friends or take advantage of this home's proximity to local features. Walking distance to the park, National Forest, market, and local restaurant Kallan's Bar and Grill.
LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1200+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs master bedroom has a queen bed and private bath. Upstairs second bedroom has a double bed. Sofa sleeper in the living room. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Natural wood countertops, stainless steel appliances, five burner stove with oven, double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.
AMENITIES - Converted garage game room with foosball, mini basketball, air hockey, and darts Board games and card games. Smart TVs with streaming apps, along with fast WiFi. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace.
OUTDOORS - Outdoor furniture, gas barbecue, gorgeous forest views, and a fully fenced yard.
