The only thing that would have made this better was a door to the back yard from inside the house. But everything was perfect. We appreciate everything this place had. Awesome location. Will definitely stay here again.

Summit Adventure is just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the lake! Its central location will make your trip a breeze! Guests will enjoy the game room and the proximity to the slopes.
LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1800+ sq ft home with living room, ceiling fans, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful wood burning stove fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs master bedroom has a king bed, TV, and private bath with a jacuzzi tub. Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Downstairs third bedroom has full/twin and twin/twin bunk beds, TV, and DVD player. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.
AMENITIES - Game room with pool table, foosball, and card/poker table! Board games and card games. TVs with cable and fast WiFi. Relax in the jetted tub or near the cozy wood burning stove fireplace. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer.
OUTDOORS - Outdoor furniture and gas barbecue for all your grilling needs! Fenced yard for you and your four legged friends.
PARKING - 3 car driveway
The Lake levels vary throughout the year and cannot be guaranteed at the time of your stay.
Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 9 people (8 adults max). Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
Pet fee $30 per pet per night (dogs only)
