The lower unit's first bedroom has two double beds. The lower unit's second bedroom has two twin beds. The living room in the lower unit also has a sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Both units feature Granite countertops, stoves with ovens, refrigerators, microwaves, blenders, toasters, coffee makers, crockpots, rice cookers, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more. The upstairs unit also includes a dishwasher.

AMENITIES - Both units feature board games including Cards Against Humanity Family Edition, Chutes and Ladders, and more. Cable TVs and fast WiFi. Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 12 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
