"Conveniently located if you're heading for Snow Summit"

My son and I spent two nights in the condo, and it was excellent walking to the hill. The location was exactly what we needed. Everything we needed was right there. The kitchen was equipped, the sheets and towels were clean, and the beds were comfortable. We had a little trouble with the TV menu, and the board game collection was limited, but we were there to ride the hill, and the fact that we could walk back for lunch and be first on the mountain in the morning made up for any deficit. The condo is conveniently located if you're heading for Snow Summit, but be ready for the snow and everything that comes with winter. Early morning plow noises and ice on the sidewalk are the trade-offs for a 5 min walk to the lift. Enjoy.

"If you prioritize location... "

This is the cabin for you! We were here for 3 days during the awesome early snow last December. We pulled in, and never had to drive again. This cabin is within walking distance to the slopes, rental companies and a few residential "sledding hills". If you are looking for the bells and whistles, you will not find them here. While everything works (minus some issues in the bathroom), this place could use some updates. My family fit comfortably here, and we did not spend much of our time inside other than to cook and sleep. Make sure to take advantage of the deck upstairs! We cannot wait to come back again, here's hoping for another great snow season.

Summit Getaway Condo is a snowboarder's dream. This cabin is priced as one of our lowest, for those who want a getaway but want to spend less. It has older furnishings and décor, and is a rental intended for those who are fine with a more rustic, older home. Located in a beautiful, desirable area of Big Bear just steps away to Snow Summit Ski Resort and the Lake. Summit Getaway is minutes on foot from the resort and is the perfect option when you want to spend as much time as possible on the slopes or close to town!

LIVING SPACE - Accommodating 1000 sq ft home with living room, dining table, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath. The upstairs first bedroom has a king bed, TV, and access to the balcony. Upstairs second bedroom has a double bed and bunk beds. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove with oven, double door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Board games and card games. TVs and fast WiFi. Cozy up near the brick faced wood burning fireplace. Washer/dryer available.

OUTDOORS - Lovely balcony to enjoy your morning coffee. Just minutes to the slopes!

PARKING - 2 car driveway

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 5 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
No pets allowed
