WONDERFUL PLACE TO STAY
Reviewed on 2023-12-10 by HarrisThis house was awesome! They had everything you could need for your stay. Nice and clean and in a wonderful location. Our family went up for a weekend for our daughter's birthday and it was perfect. I am so happy with our stay there. We will definitely be coming back.

Amazing location, walk right up to Snow Summit for skiing and snowboarding! Decorated for the upcoming holidays this is conveniently located only minutes to Biking, the Lake, and Village Shops. This roomy rustic cabin is ideally located close to all Big Bear activities yet offers a private getaway for big families and gatherings with friends.
LIVING SPACE - Spacious 2100+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 4 bedroom, 3 bath. Upstairs master bedroom has a king bed, TV, and private bath. Upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Upstairs third bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Fourth bedroom has a king bed. Living room has a sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances, stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.
AMENITIES - Game room with bubble hockey, air hockey, and video arcade game with 60+ classic games! Board games and card games. Smart TVs with cable and streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Keep yourself warm by the cozy wood burning fireplace. Washer/dryer available.
OUTDOORS - Large floating deck with patio furniture, gas barbecue, and a large 8 person spa. Enjoy the illuminated large back deck and fenced yard with string lights! Outdoor activities include a horseshoe pit and putting green.

Minimum renter age: 25
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 10 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
