Upstairs third bedroom has a queen bed and cable TV. Downstairs fourth bedroom has a twin bed, futon, cable TV, and bath. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, 4 slice toaster, coffee maker, crock pot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 8 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
