COZY CABIN IN BEAUTIFUL LOCATION!
Enjoy a classic comfy Big Bear cabin in style. Natural wood accents and modern touches make this cabin perfect for your home away from home in the mountains. Located in the beautiful Boulder Bay area nearby the lake, Pleasure Point Marina, Boulder Bay park and Castle Rock trail. Just a short drive to the Village, Alpine Slide, the slopes, Convention Center and more!
LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1200 sq ft home with living room, ceiling fans, dining table, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath. Downstairs first bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed. Upstairs third bedroom has two twin/double bunk beds. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.
AMENITIES - Cable TVs, along with fast WiFi. Board games and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace.
OUTDOORS - Patio furniture on large deck. Enjoy the spacious back deck with beautiful foresty views or the expansive fenced backyard perfect for your furry friend to run around in!

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 6 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
