ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs first bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, and sitting area. Upstairs second bedroom has 2 twin beds, and smart TV. Downstairs third bedroom has a double/twin bunk bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances, stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more. 

AMENITIES - Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast Wi-Fi, board games, and card games. Laundry in the downstairs bathroom with room with stacked washer/dryer. 

OUTDOORS - Full fenced backyard with propane barbecue.

PARKING - 3 car driveway

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 6 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
