LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1500+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, a beautiful stone wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Downstairs master bedroom has a queen bed, TV, private bath, and deck. Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed and deck. Downstairs third bedroom has a double/twin bunk bed. Living room has a sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove/oven, refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.
AMENITIES - Pool table and cocktail arcade game table! Board games and card games. Smart TVs with cable and streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Washer dryer available.
OUTDOORS - 6-person hot tub, patio furniture, gas barbecue, and gas fire pit.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 8 people.
Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
