LIVING SPACE - Cozy 900+ sq ft home with the main level featuring beamed ceilings, living room, dining table, breakfast bar, a cozy wood burning rock fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Entry level first bedroom has a king bed. Entry level second bedroom has two twin beds. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TV and streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 4 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
