ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Entry level first bedroom has a king bed. Entry level second bedroom has two twin beds. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TV and streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace.

OUTDOORS - Enjoy the fresh mountain air and treed surroundings out on the large front deck with a gas barbecue.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 4 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
Pet fee $30 per pet per night (dogs only)
