Walking distance to The Village, Lake, and hiking trails. Just a short drive to both ski resorts. Lots of charm in this cute single-story home with high knotty pine ceilings.  

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 660+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, a beautiful gas/wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. 

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 1 bath. First bedroom has a queen bed and a smart TV. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs and streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy gas fireplace. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer. Air conditioning is offered. 

OUTDOORS - Enjoy the front gated deck with patio table chairs, Adirondack chairs, gas/propane barbecue and large back fenced yard. 

PARKING - 2 car driveway

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 3 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
Pet fee $30 per pet per night (dogs only)  
Check in after 4 pm
Check out before 11 am (before 10 am 11/20 - 2/28)

"Asked for a cabin that would still have…"

Asked for a cabin that would still have some snow to play with our dog in, he loves the snow haha. And they picked out the most perfect little cabin with a back and front yard filled with snow. We all had a blast. Cabins are always clean when we get there and if there is ever an issues the ladies in the office are always there to help out. We never even consider using another company when we need a little mountain get away. Thanks so much!
