ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 1 bath. First bedroom has a queen bed and a smart TV. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs and streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy gas fireplace. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer. Air conditioning is offered. 

OUTDOORS - Enjoy the front gated deck with patio table chairs, Adirondack chairs, gas/propane barbecue and large back fenced yard.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 3 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
Pet fee $30 per pet per night (dogs only)
