Description

Nunu's Cabin is close to everything that Big Bear has to offer. This single-story home is ideal for multi-generational families and has something for everyone!

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1200+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. 

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. The Master bedroom has a king bed, TV, and private bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and TV. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a trundle and TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, baking sheet, BBQ utensils, wine & cocktail glasses, rice cooker and more.

AMENITIES - Board games and card games. 4 Smart TVs, streaming apps, and fast Wi-Fi. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Kids will love the fully fenced yard and huge playset! Adults won't be able to get enough of that relaxing hot tub after a day on the slopes!

PARKING - EV charger, 3-car driveway with garage parking.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 6 people.
Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
Pet fee $30 per pet per night (dogs only) 
Check in after 4 pm

From the check in process to the entire stay it was so nice and clean! We loved the cabin it was perfect for a family!! The hot tub was so nice and clean as well! We will definitely be back!

Cool Cabins took excellent care of us. They checked us in quickly and when we needed anything, like a few fans, they responded quickly. We are very pleased with the accommodations and the service we received. We will use them again in the future.

We were excited to leave the desert triple digits to go to Big Bear. We book another cabin but was told the owner was not interested on using Cool Cabins. So we go to Nunu's cabin for 10 days. Street was nice and cabin look nice from outside, but when we entered the cabin we were overcome with the smell of fire.. We went to open all the windows we had a five year old and he didn't need to breath this fire smell. I went to the back slider to open and it was so hard to open the door and the screen falls out. Than I look at the back yard it was covered in at least an inch of pollen, it took us two days of sweeping and washing in order to go and use the patio.( Isn't that the management company to have it clean?) I called Cool cabins and they sent someone to fix the door and screen which they were unsuccessful. We had to keep the back door closed so bugs didn't come in, even WD40 couldn't make that door work. The kitchen was so understock, no bowels I had to make pancakes in a cooking pot. Again I call Cool cabins who apologized again. We were suppose to stay 10 days but cut it short 2 days, it was not comfortable being there anymore. We ask Cool cabins to credit us the two days since we had so many issues they declined. But they did credit us the cleaning fee. I use VRBO and Air B&B all the time and love staying in these homes, we also have have great reviews as renters. I think the owner need to make allot of improvements for what they charge. We were very disappointed.. Bright side we had amazing weather and stayed away from the house as much as possible. We look around and open all the windows

"Perfect place to stay for families!"

Plenty of beds, living room was great for entertainment, had everything you needed for cooking, extra blankets and pillows, smart TVs in every room and great location just between summit for boarding and the village for restaurants. Best part was the garage, we stayed during a big snow storm and the driveway was already plowed for us to access the garage and keep the car inside and out of snow. We didn’t have to shovel at all! 10/10 just for the garage. Will be booking again!
