Reviewed on 2024-04-10 by JamesOur family enjoyed it. We had plenty of dishes available, washer and dryer, was easy to use. When the dishwasher was leaking they had someone come same day to fix it. The office was very nice with whatever we needed. The only problem we had was that of an ant issue. There was a trail from the kitchen and in the bathrooms. We figured that it was due to the cold and they were trying to find somewhere warm. So I know how to combat them.

Managed to make do but a bit awkward. Everything else was exceptional. As always we enjoy our stay with Cool Cabins. Thank you!
Great cabin for small family

Reviewed on 2023-11-05 by SuzanneCheck in instructions were not clear - there was nothing on the app or emails to show the location of the check in office, we had to call. We enjoyed our stay but we rented the place for the hot tub and never used it because it didn’t heat up quick enough to enjoy within the time limit. We were hoping to enjoy it in the evening and with the 10pm curfew did not get to use it since it did not heat up quickly. Also, we did not have dishwashing tablets to wash the dishes we used. It was not ideal having to wash dishes by hand while on a vacation. There were no instructions to how the fireplace worked either. Other than that we liked the cabin.

Please bring your driver’s license and the credit card used to book the reservation (virtual credit cards will not be accepted)."
I apologize that you missed this very important step. We wish you would have informed us about the missing dishwasher pods as we could have had some delivered to you in a timely manner. We hope to provide your next stay with a 5-star experience.

Nunu's Cabin is close to everything that Big Bear has to offer. This single-story home is ideal for multi-generational families and has something for everyone!
LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1200+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. The Master bedroom has a king bed, TV, and private bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and TV. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a trundle and TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, baking sheet, BBQ utensils, wine & cocktail glasses, rice cooker and more.
AMENITIES - Board games and card games. 4 Smart TVs, streaming apps, and fast Wi-Fi. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer.
OUTDOORS - Kids will love the fully fenced yard and huge playset! Adults won't be able to get enough of that relaxing hot tub after a day on the slopes!
PARKING - EV charger, 3-car driveway with garage parking.
Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 6 people.
Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
Pet fee $30 per pet per night (dogs only)
