LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1300+ sq ft home with living room, ceiling fans, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. 

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs master bedroom has a queen bed, TV and bathroom. Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Downstairs third bedroom has a double bed and TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stove, oven, double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, Keurig, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices and more.

AMENITIES - TVs with streaming apps, Sports Channels and Movie Channels, along with fast WiFi. Board games and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry area with side by side washer/dryer. 

OUTDOORS - Hot Tub, patio furniture, and gas barbecue. Enjoy the gated deck and spacious, fully fenced backyard! 

PARKING - 3 car driveway, RV/Boat parking

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 6 people.
Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
Pet fee $30 per pet per night (dogs only)

"Great Location, Relaxing and Quiet!"

This cabin was perfect for my husband and I along with our dog. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekday stay. This cabin was very clean, spacious and user friendly throughout-washer, dryer, kitchen, etc. I enjoyed the spacious, open kitchen to prepare meals. The location was perfect for a quick trip to pick up groceries, and the fenced yards front and back were convenient for our dog. All of us really enjoyed sitting out on the fenced in front porch in the mornings. Big Bear Cool Cabins also provided friendly, professional service at check-in. We will continue to use Big Bear Cool Cabins in the future as we have for many years, highly recommend.

The cabin is great for a weekend getaway! The kitchen is nice for cooking, the couch and recliners are comfortable and despite not having AC the house stayed pretty cool during our summer visit. The yard is entirely fenced (with smaller areas fenced within it) so it would be great for dogs. The only issue during our stay was that the back deck/patio lights did not work, so it was hard to grill at night when it got dark. The master bedroom is in the loft so there is no door/separation at the top of the stairs so you may hear other guests in the living room. All in all, glad we visited the cabin!

Wonderful home located a few minutes away from the main grocery stores (Vons and stater bro’s) as well as from the village. Has a spacious kitchen and living room, and a tv in every room. Cool cabins responded back promptly and were very nice and accommodating. Thanks again!
