Light and bright Fox Farm country beauty with all of the amenities of a home including central AC. Great neighborhood, in one of the most desirable areas of Big Bear Lake. Easy level access, Boat parking, plenty of room for the whole family! Nearby the lake, grocery stores, Snow Play, Convention Center, Alpine Pedal Path, and the zoo. Just a short drive to the slopes, the Village, marinas, parks and more.
LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1300+ sq ft home with living room, ceiling fans, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs master bedroom has a queen bed, TV and bathroom. Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Downstairs third bedroom has a double bed and TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stove, oven, double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, Keurig, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices and more.
AMENITIES - TVs with streaming apps, Sports Channels and Movie Channels, along with fast WiFi. Board games and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry area with side by side washer/dryer.
OUTDOORS - Hot Tub, patio furniture, and gas barbecue. Enjoy the gated deck and spacious, fully fenced backyard!

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 6 people.
Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
Pet fee $30 per pet per night (dogs only)
