Close to National Forest hiking trails. 

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 2,100+ sq ft home with great room featuring impressive, vaulted ceilings with recessed lighting, plenty of comfortable seating, and a majestic river rock fireplace. Entertainers will enjoy the wet bar and multiple dining areas.  

ROOMS & BEDS - Split loft with 2 bedrooms, loft, 1.5 bath. Upstairs first bedroom has a queen bed, fireplace, and balcony. Upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed. Loft area has a king bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances, stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more. 

AMENITIES - Smart TVs, Chromecast with fast WiFi, board games, card games. Stay warm and relaxed by the cozy fireplaces. Laundry area with stackable washer/dryer. 

OUTDOORS - NEW private hot tub! Spacious back deck includes a patio table, gas barbecue, hammock, and forest views.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 6 people.
Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
Pet fee $30 per night (small dogs only-under 20 lbs)
